My name is Paul Willems. I lived in Amsterdam during my studies in Technical Business Administration and Logistics, and later worked in the city. Those years gave me a connection to Amsterdam that extends beyond its best-known sights.
I now live in the east of the Netherlands, but return to Amsterdam regularly. I use those visits, alongside what I learned while living and working there, to write about the places and practical details you’ll find on this website.
